I have been a teaching assistant for a number of core and elective courses at the
London Business School, most recently
the Foundations of Finance course. Here I conducted weekly
tutorials and was responsible for homework assignments that complemented the
lectures by Professor Stephen Schaefer. This course is at the
heart of the curriculum of the Masters in Finance programme. Students'
backgrounds and previous experience vary significantly, and so there is
a need to address issues in different ways. With more than
one hundred and twenty bright, demanding, and challenging students I
have designed tutorials in such a way that students actively participate
in the discussion of "warm-up questions" which give them an
opportunity to understand the intuition behind the concepts and economic
relationships. It follows by discussion of the methods of solving additional
numerical exercises. Have a look at the
class slides and homework assignments.

I also participated in teaching Finance 2 (Advanced Corporate Finance),
Financial Engineering, and Fixed Income. I have also been an invited lecturer
at the Toulouse Business School where I taught introduction to debt financing
for undergraduates. See some materials for this debt financing course.
My goal is to have an opportunity (in the future) to teach both the
general MBA courses (Corporate Finance) and specialized Master and PhD
level courses on topics in which I am particularly interested (Capital
structure decisions, Credit risk, Financing, Financial Auctions).
