Finance 2 is an elective course for the students on the Master of Business Administration
programme at London Business School. The aim of this course is to provide conceptual
and practical platform for analysing issues in corporate finance. It examines the financing
activities of firms, how firms raise capital and the implications of various financial
decisions under less idealised conditions than those of Miller and Modigliani's original theory
(covered in Finance 1). Course is taught by Prof. Kjell Nyborg and Ilya
Strebulaev (2001-2002 and 2002-2003 academic years).
