In this class we focus on
enterprise systems. These systems are important as
they form the backbone of many large enterprises.
We will learn the subject by looking at a Web-based case
that describes the implementation of an SAP R/3 ERP system
at Hewlett Packard.

- HP
NADO CASE. This is an interactive Web-based
case. You should go through Part I of the case
("The Pilot") and prepare for class
discussion the study questions listed below. To see the video content,

After completing the
case (or after class), you may want to review Part
II of the case, “The Rollins,” that tells you
what happened in the five years that followed.
